What happens during the free demo class?

The goal is for the parent and student to feel the tutor's explanation clarity, patience, and pedagogical fit. It's a real teaching session, not a sales pitch. After the demo, both the parent and the tutor share honest feedback with the coordinator — mutual fit matters both ways.

How are progress and outcomes tracked once regular classes begin?

Every four weeks the assigned tutor submits a written progress note covering topics completed, weak areas addressed, upcoming syllabus and any concern flags. The coordinator shares this with the parent and holds a short review call if needed.
