Detailed Legal Version

Full Parent Policy (Legally Binding)

The complete enforceable version of the Parent Policy follows below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging the services of Anand Tutorials ("the Platform", "the Company", "Anand Home Tutorials") — whether by booking a demo class, registering a student, paying any fee, or allowing a tutor assigned by the Company to enter the home or join an online session — the Parent / Guardian / Student ("the Parent") enters into a legally binding agreement with Anand Tutorials and agrees to abide by every clause of this Policy.

2. Purpose of this Policy

Anand Tutorials invests substantial time, resources and quality control into recruiting, verifying, training and managing tutors. This Policy protects (a) the integrity of the tutor-student relationship, (b) the rights and remuneration of our tutors, (c) the academic outcomes promised to families, and (d) the commercial sustainability of the platform that makes premium 1:1 tuition affordable. Compliance with this Policy is a non-negotiable condition of using our services.

3. STRICT NO-BYPASS CLAUSE — Direct Dealings with Tutors Strictly Prohibited

Parents and students are STRICTLY PROHIBITED from engaging in any direct dealings, arrangements, or transactions with tutors assigned through Anand Tutorials, outside of the Platform. This prohibition includes, but is not limited to: • Approaching, soliciting, requesting or accepting any private tuition arrangement, paid or unpaid, with any tutor introduced by Anand Tutorials. • Exchanging personal contact details (phone, WhatsApp, email, address, social media handles) with the tutor for any purpose unrelated to the assigned session. • Continuing to engage the same tutor — directly or through any third party — after the formal Anand Tutorials assignment has been terminated, paused, or completed, without prior written approval from the Company. • Making, offering, or agreeing to make any payment, gift, advance, fee, voucher, gratuity or any other consideration directly to the tutor, bypassing the Company's official channel. • Encouraging, instructing, or pressuring the tutor to discontinue the Anand Tutorials assignment in favour of a private engagement. • Introducing or recommending the tutor to extended family, friends, neighbours or third parties for private tuition arrangements outside the Platform. • Sharing the tutor's identity, qualifications, contact details, photograph or teaching material with any competitor, online platform, agency, school or third party. Any attempt — whether successful or not, whether direct or indirect, whether by the Parent, the Student, or any member of the household — is treated as a material breach of this Agreement and a violation of trust.

4. Mandatory Use of Official Channels

All communication, scheduling, class arrangements, rescheduling, study plan changes, complaints, feedback and payments MUST flow exclusively through Anand Tutorials' official channels: • Coordinator phone: +91 79742 21232 / +91 99933 05574 • Official email: anandhometutorials@gmail.com • Official WhatsApp Business numbers as provided at onboarding • Bank / UPI / payment gateway accounts as listed on /pay-now No personal phone number, personal UPI, personal bank account or personal email of any tutor — even if voluntarily provided by the tutor — may be used for any class-related transaction. Any such transaction shall be deemed unauthorised and outside the scope of this Agreement.

5. Consequences of Bypass — Liability of the Parent

Any breach of Clause 3 (Strict No-Bypass) or Clause 4 (Mandatory Use of Official Channels) shall result in: (a) Immediate termination of all active assignments by Anand Tutorials, with no notice and no refund of any fees already paid. (b) Forfeiture of any free demo classes, advance balances, scholarship discounts or loyalty credits. (c) Permanent blacklisting of the Parent / Student / household from Anand Tutorials and all its branches (Jabalpur, Bhopal, Nagpur and the Online network), including any future re-registration. (d) Recovery of demonstrable financial damages from the Parent, including but not limited to loss of revenue equivalent to twelve (12) months of expected platform commission for the affected student. (e) Civil and, where applicable, criminal action under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 (breach of contract), Sections 405 / 406 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (criminal breach of trust), the Information Technology Act, 2000 and other applicable provisions of Indian law. (f) Public reporting of the incident to relevant tutor-network databases, partner schools, and where appropriate, employer / professional bodies of the Parent. The Parent expressly acknowledges that Anand Tutorials reserves all such remedies, in addition to any other legal recourse, without prejudice.

6. Disclaimer of Liability for Unauthorised Dealings

Anand Tutorials shall NOT be responsible, liable, or accountable, in any manner whatsoever, for any issue, dispute, loss, harm, complaint, payment failure, academic deterioration, behavioural concern, safety incident, data leak, financial fraud or any other consequence — direct, indirect or consequential — that may arise from any direct or unauthorised dealings between the Parent / Student and the tutor outside the Anand Tutorials platform. Once an arrangement has been made privately and outside the Platform, the tutor ceases to represent Anand Tutorials in any capacity, and the Company expressly disclaims any duty of supervision, verification, indemnity, replacement or grievance redressal in respect of such private arrangements.

7. Conduct & Mutual Respect with Tutors

Parents are expected to maintain a respectful, professional and academic relationship with the assigned tutor at all times. Tutors are not domestic help, not personal assistants, not delivery agents, and shall not be asked to perform tasks unrelated to teaching (errands, household chores, child supervision outside of class hours, etc.). Any form of verbal abuse, harassment, intimidation, discrimination, inappropriate conduct or non-academic demand directed at the tutor — whether by the Parent, Student or any other family member — is strictly prohibited and shall lead to immediate termination of the assignment, forfeiture of fees, and where warranted, formal complaint to law-enforcement authorities.

8. Privacy, Recording & Data Use

(a) Class recordings (where shared) are provided strictly for the assigned student's personal revision; redistribution, public posting, monetisation or sharing with any third party is prohibited. (b) The Parent shall not record, photograph, or screen-capture the tutor or any class without prior written consent of both the tutor and Anand Tutorials. (c) The tutor's photograph, profile, qualifications, contact details and demo recordings shared during the matching process are confidential and may not be publicly posted, reposted, or shared with competitors, agencies or social platforms. (d) Personal data of the student (name, school, marks, learning notes) shall be used by Anand Tutorials and the assigned tutor solely for academic purposes and shall not be sold or shared with third parties.

9. Demo Class, Free Trial & Right of Refusal

Each new student is entitled to one free 1:1 demo class. The demo carries no obligation to continue. However, repeated requests for demo classes from the same household (with the same or different student) for the purpose of evaluating multiple tutors without commercial intent shall be deemed misuse of the free-demo offering, and Anand Tutorials reserves the right to refuse further demos or services at its sole discretion.

10. Payments, Fees & Continuation

Monthly tuition fees are payable in advance, within three (3) days of the previous billing cycle. Classes shall be paused immediately on default, and pending payouts to the assigned tutor shall be released only upon receipt of the outstanding amount. Refunds for unused sessions are processed strictly per the Refund Policy. The Parent may NOT settle any pending dues or shortfalls directly with the tutor in lieu of paying the Company; any such direct settlement shall not extinguish the Company's claim against the Parent.

11. Tutor Change & Continuity

Parents may request a tutor change at any time, free of cost. Once a change is made, the Parent shall not engage with the previous tutor in any capacity, directly or through intermediaries. The newly assigned tutor begins as a fresh cycle. Hopping between Anand Tutorials and an ex-Anand tutor in private capacity for the same student, even months later, falls within Clause 3 (No-Bypass) and triggers Clause 5 consequences.

12. Twenty-Four Month Non-Solicitation

The Parent (and household) agrees, for a continuous period of twenty-four (24) months following the conclusion of any assignment with Anand Tutorials, not to directly or indirectly engage, hire, contract, employ, refer, recommend, or accept tuition services from any tutor introduced through the Platform — for any student, in any subject, in any mode (home or online), within India or abroad — without the prior written consent of Anand Tutorials. This non-solicitation clause is reasonable, narrowly tailored to protect the Company's legitimate business interest, and binding.

13. Indemnity

The Parent agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Anand Home Tutorials, its directors, employees, coordinators and affiliates against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and recovery costs) arising out of any breach of this Policy, any direct dealing with a tutor outside the Platform, or any act or omission by the Parent / Student that violates the spirit or letter of this Agreement.

14. Severability & Survival

If any provision of this Policy is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Clauses 3, 5, 6, 8, 12 and 13 shall expressly survive the termination of any assignment and continue to bind the Parent for the periods specified.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with this Policy — including its existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India.

16. Acknowledgement & Continued Acceptance

By booking a demo, registering a student, paying any fee, or allowing an assigned tutor to enter the home or join an online session, the Parent confirms that they have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agreed to every clause of this Parent Policy. Anand Tutorials may amend this Policy from time to time; the latest version shall be available on the website at /policies/parent. Continued use of services after any amendment constitutes deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

17. Advance Fee & Tutor Payment System

Anand Tutorials collects tuition fees in advance from parents. Tutors are paid only through Anand Tutorials' authorised current account, after the scheduled classes for the cycle have been completed and verified. Parents are strictly requested NOT to make any direct payment to tutors — cash, UPI, bank transfer, gift, voucher, advance or any other consideration — without prior written approval from Anand Tutorials. Any direct payment outside the official channel is unauthorised, falls outside the protection of Anand Tutorials, and triggers Clauses 3 (No-Bypass) and 5 (Consequences).

18. Tutor Gap Coverage Policy

If any class gaps occur from the tutor's side (illness, leave, scheduling conflict, etc.), the tutor will cover those pending classes by Sunday of the same week. If the pending classes are not covered, the parent's fee due-date may be extended according to the number of tutor-side gaps — at the sole discretion of Anand Tutorials, on receipt of an officially logged gap report.

19. Parent / Student Holiday Policy

Summer Vacation (May–June): Holidays taken by students / parents during May–June are generally considered and adjusted into the schedule without additional charge. Regular Session (from July onwards): If students / parents take holidays after the regular academic session begins, tutors will cover ONLY 50% of the missed classes. Example — if 6 classes are missed from the parent / student side, only 3 classes will be compensated by the tutor. Alternatively, due-dates may be adjusted proportionately for half the missed classes, whichever option is mutually agreed and logged through Anand Tutorials.

20. Recontinuation Policy

If parents discontinue classes and later request the same tutor after a long gap, partial continuation charges may apply because the tutor's slot was reserved for the student during that period and could not be offered to another family. If the parent does not wish to pay continuation charges, classes may instead restart fresh with a different tutor under a new schedule and a new due-date cycle. All restart decisions are at the sole discretion of Anand Tutorials based on the tutor's availability and the parent's compliance history.

21. Official Communication Channel

Any class gap, holiday, schedule change, complaint, payment query or class-related issue — from either side — MUST be informed officially to Anand Tutorials on +91 79742 21232 (Call / WhatsApp). Verbal arrangements between the tutor and parent are NOT binding on Anand Tutorials and will not be considered for compensation, due-date adjustment, refunds or any official record. Email queries may be sent to anandhometutorials@gmail.com for written audit trail.

22. Refund & Remaining Session Policy (Very Important)

Parents are requested to carefully plan tuition continuation according to the student's school / exam schedule BEFORE making every monthly payment. This clause governs all refund and remaining-session matters and must be read together with the dedicated Refund Policy at /policies/refund. (A) Refund Request Timeline: If parents wish to discontinue classes or claim a refund for remaining sessions, they MUST inform Anand Tutorials officially — on +91 79742 21232 (Call / WhatsApp) or anandhometutorials@gmail.com — either (i) BEFORE making the next monthly payment, OR (ii) within the SAME active monthly cycle. Refund requests raised after long delays, after a completed month, after the syllabus / exam has concluded, or after the active plan cycle has lapsed shall NOT be entertained. (B) Full Month Fee Applicability: If the parent chooses to continue classes until (a) exam completion, (b) end of syllabus, or (c) end of the agreed academic requirement — then the FULL MONTHLY FEE remains applicable, even if some sessions remain unused afterwards due to exams ending early, schedule changes, student unavailability, vacation or personal decisions. The tutor's slot was committed for the cycle; the residual unused sessions in that cycle are NOT refundable. (C) No Retroactive Refunds: Refunds CANNOT be claimed retrospectively for (i) previously unused classes, (ii) past billing cycles, (iii) sessions never reported within the active cycle, or (iv) classes remaining after exam / syllabus completion. Tutor payouts, slot reservation and academic-planning resources are already committed by Anand Tutorials in advance for that cycle. (D) Parent Session-Planning Responsibility: The Parent is solely responsible for informing Anand Tutorials, in advance and on the official channel, about: (i) exam dates and school exam schedules, (ii) planned discontinuation, (iii) vacation / travel / festival breaks, (iv) change in academic requirement, and (v) any anticipated drop in session frequency. Failure to notify the institute on time shall make pending or unused sessions INELIGIBLE for refund or due-date adjustment. (E) Final Refund Decision: Any refund — if and where applicable — shall be calculated ONLY on officially approved unused sessions within the ACTIVE plan period at the time the request was raised, and shall remain at the sole and absolute discretion of Anand Tutorials' management, exercised reasonably and in line with the Refund Policy (/policies/refund). Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment source, net of applicable payment-gateway charges, taxes and transactional costs. By making any monthly payment to Anand Tutorials, the Parent confirms acceptance of this Refund & Remaining Session Policy in full and waives any claim contrary to its terms.
