All demo classes are completely free — no payment required.
Active Plan Refunds
If classes are discontinued during an active plan, refunds are calculated only on unused sessions. Used and scheduled sessions are non-refundable.
20-Session Plan
Refund is processed for unused sessions out of the 20-session pack.
12-Session Plan
Refund is processed for unused sessions out of the 12-session pack.
Other Plans
All other plans (per-month, custom packs) follow the same prorated unused-session refund rule.
Tutor Change
If you change tutors, used sessions with the previous tutor are not refunded; the new tutor begins as a fresh cycle.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment source.
Non-Refundable
Registration fees (if any), study material costs and processed sessions are non-refundable.
Refund Request Timeline (Very Important)
If parents wish to discontinue classes or request a refund for remaining sessions, they MUST inform Anand Tutorials officially on +91 79742 21232 (Call / WhatsApp) or anandhometutorials@gmail.com: • Before making the next monthly payment, OR • Within the same active monthly cycle only. Refund requests made after long delays, after a completed month, after the syllabus / exam has ended, or after the active plan cycle has lapsed shall NOT be accepted. Parents are requested to carefully plan tuition continuation according to the student's school / exam schedule before making each monthly payment.
Full Month Fee Applicability
If parents choose to continue classes until any of the following — (a) exam completion, (b) end of syllabus coverage, (c) end of the agreed academic requirement, or (d) end of the term — then the FULL MONTHLY FEE shall remain applicable even if some sessions remain unused thereafter due to exams ending earlier than expected, changes in school schedule, student unavailability, vacation, family travel or any personal decision. In other words: once the academic objective for the cycle has been met, the assigned tutor's time has been committed and the slot has been blocked — the full fee for that month stands, and unused residual sessions in that month are NOT refundable.
No Retroactive Refunds
Refunds CANNOT be claimed retrospectively. This includes — but is not limited to — refunds for: • Classes that went unused in previous (already-completed) months; • Past billing cycles where no refund request was raised within the active cycle; • Sessions that the parent / student chose not to attend but never officially reported to Anand Tutorials at the time; • Sessions remaining unused AFTER exam completion or syllabus conclusion; • Any session-shortfall the parent claims to have noticed only later. This is because tutor payouts, schedule blocking, slot reservation, replacement-tutor allocations and academic-planning resources are already processed and committed by Anand Tutorials in advance, for the cycle in question. Retrospective adjustments are operationally and contractually not possible.
Session Planning Responsibility (Parent)
Parents are solely responsible for informing Anand Tutorials, in advance and through official channels, about: • Upcoming exam dates and school exam schedules; • Any planned discontinuation of classes; • Vacation breaks, family travel, festival breaks, religious / cultural events; • Change in academic requirement (subject change, board change, additional support, etc.); • Any anticipated reduction in session frequency. Failure to notify Anand Tutorials on time — i.e. within the active cycle and before the next billing cycle begins — shall make any pending or unused sessions INELIGIBLE for refund or adjustment. The Platform cannot reasonably hold back tutor payments or slot allocations for events it was never informed about.
Final Refund Decision
Any refund — if and where applicable under this Policy — shall be calculated ONLY on the officially approved unused sessions falling strictly within the ACTIVE plan period at the time the refund request was raised. The final calculation, eligibility, quantum and timeline of any refund shall remain at the sole and absolute discretion of Anand Tutorials' management, exercised reasonably and in line with the clauses of this Policy. Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment source. Anand Tutorials reserves the right to deduct payment-gateway charges, taxes (where applicable) and any other duly incurred transactional costs from the refundable amount. This Refund & Remaining Session Policy is read together with the Parent Policy (/policies/parent), the Fee & Payment Policy (/policies/fee-and-payment) and the Gap & Compensation Policy (/policies/gap-and-compensation). In case of any apparent conflict between clauses, the interpretation most consistent with advance-fee tuition operations and tutor slot-protection shall prevail. By making any monthly payment to Anand Tutorials, the Parent confirms acceptance of this Policy in full.
