Fee & Payment Policy
1. Advance Fee Policy
Anand Tutorials collects tuition fees in advance from parents. All fees must be paid only through the official Anand Tutorials channels — UPI ID, the official current account, or via the secure /pay-now page on the website. Service starts only after the advance fee is received.
2. No Direct Payment to Tutors
Tutors must NEVER collect tuition fees directly from parents. Parents are also strictly requested NOT to make any direct payment to tutors without prior written approval from Anand Tutorials. Any direct transaction is unauthorised and falls outside the protection of Anand Tutorials. Any financial loss, service discontinuation, or quality issue arising from direct dealings will be the sole responsibility of the parties involved — Anand Tutorials shall not be liable.
3. Tutor Salary / Payout Process
Tutor salaries are credited only through the official authorised Anand Tutorials current account, and only after the scheduled classes for the cycle have been completed and verified. Tutors must NOT seek payment from parents under any circumstances.
4. Salary Confirmation Channel
For any salary-related confirmation after completing a class cycle, tutors may contact Anand Tutorials only on the official number / WhatsApp: +91 79742 21232. No other channel is authorised.
5. Refunds
Fees once paid are generally non-refundable. Limited exceptions are governed by the Refund Policy (/policies/refund) and require written approval from Anand Tutorials management.
6. Acknowledgement
By making any payment to Anand Tutorials, the parent confirms that they have read and accepted this Fee & Payment Policy in full.
