Every applicant submits matriculation, graduation and post-graduation certificates plus a government-issued photo ID. Our verification team checks every document against issuing institutions before the tutor even gets a subject test.
Step 2 — Subject-level assessment
Tutors are tested on the actual board-pattern questions they will be teaching — CBSE Class 10 mock for a CBSE Class 10 applicant, IB DP HL Maths for an IB Maths applicant. Generic 'aptitude tests' fail to filter teaching depth, so we don't use them.
