For Our Tutors — Strictly Enforced

Tutor Policy & Code of Conduct (Legally Binding)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering as a tutor with Anand Tutorials ("the Platform", "the Company"), you ("the Tutor") enter into a legally binding agreement with Anand Home Tutorials and agree to abide by every clause of this Policy. Continued participation in any session, assignment or communication initiated through the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms.

2. Verification & Onboarding

Every tutor must submit a valid Government-issued photo ID, qualification proof, address proof and complete a paid demo evaluation before being assigned any student. Background verification is mandatory. Submission of false, forged or misleading information is grounds for immediate termination and possible criminal complaint under applicable Indian laws.

3. STRICT NO-BYPASS CLAUSE — Direct Dealing Strictly Prohibited

Tutors are STRICTLY PROHIBITED from directly dealing with parents, students or guardians outside the Anand Tutorials platform. This includes, but is not limited to: • Sharing personal phone number, WhatsApp, email, social-media handles or address with the student / parent for any purpose unrelated to the assigned session. • Soliciting, accepting or proposing private tuition arrangements outside the Platform. • Continuing to teach the same student after termination of the Anand Tutorials assignment without written approval from the Company. • Receiving any form of direct payment, gift, advance, fee or compensation from the parent/student bypassing the Company's official channel. • Encouraging or facilitating the student/parent to discontinue Anand Tutorials and engage the tutor privately. Any breach of this clause is treated as a material breach of contract and a violation of trust.

4. Consequences of Violation

Any attempt — successful or otherwise — to bypass Anand Tutorials shall result in: (a) Immediate termination of all active assignments and removal from the tutor network with no notice. (b) Forfeiture of any pending payouts, advances, bonuses and reimbursements. (c) Permanent blacklisting across all Anand Tutorials branches (Jabalpur, Bhopal, Nagpur and Online network) and from any future re-engagement. (d) Recovery of demonstrable financial damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue equal to twelve (12) months of expected platform commissions for the affected student. (e) Civil legal action under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 (breach of contract), Sections 405 / 406 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (criminal breach of trust) and other applicable provisions. (f) Public reporting of the violation to relevant tutor-network databases and partner schools, where appropriate.

5. Confidentiality & Non-Solicitation

All student details, family information, contact data, internal pricing, lesson plans, methodology, study material and proprietary processes of Anand Tutorials constitute Confidential Information and are the exclusive property of the Company. Tutors agree: • Not to disclose, copy, share, screenshot, record or redistribute any Confidential Information during or after the engagement. • Not to solicit, recruit, induce or accept any current or past Anand Tutorials student/parent for private tuition for a period of twenty-four (24) months following the end of the assignment. • Not to share or sell student contact details or learning records to any third party, online platform, agency or competitor.

6. Payment — Official Channel Only

ALL payments — without exception — must flow through the official Anand Tutorials channel. Tutors are not permitted to receive cash, UPI, bank transfer, gift, voucher or any other consideration directly from the student or parent. Tutor payouts are processed monthly on the 7th, against verified completed sessions only. Acceptance of any direct payment shall trigger Clause 4 (Consequences of Violation) immediately.

7. Code of Conduct

Tutors must be punctual, professional, well-prepared and respectful at all times. Any form of inappropriate behaviour — including but not limited to verbal abuse, physical contact, harassment, discrimination, intoxication during sessions, religious/political proselytising, or sharing inappropriate content — leads to immediate termination and, where warranted, formal complaint to law-enforcement authorities.

8. Lesson Plans, Reporting & Quality

Tutors must submit weekly lesson plans, share class summaries with parents through the Platform, and meet the academic outcomes agreed at onboarding. Repeated underperformance, unexplained absences or breach of agreed schedule are grounds for immediate termination with forfeiture of unpaid dues.

9. Cancellations, Replacement & Notice

If a tutor cannot continue an assignment, prior written notice of two (2) weeks is mandatory and a smooth, documented handover to a replacement tutor is required. If a session is cancelled by the student with less than 4 hours notice, the tutor may claim 50% of the session fee, subject to Company verification.

10. Intellectual Property

All material developed for use within the Platform — including custom worksheets, recorded sessions, internal notes and curriculum frameworks — vests exclusively in Anand Tutorials. Tutors may use their own external material in addition to the approved curriculum, provided it does not infringe third-party copyright.

11. Use of Recordings & Privacy

All session recordings remain the property of Anand Tutorials and the student's family. Tutors may NOT download, redistribute, post, monetise or publish any recording, photograph, screenshot or student work outside the Platform without explicit written consent of the Company AND the parent.

12. Indemnity

The Tutor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Anand Home Tutorials, its directors, employees and affiliates against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of any breach of this Policy or any wrongful act or omission by the Tutor.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India.

14. Acknowledgment

By accepting an assignment with Anand Tutorials, the Tutor confirms that they have read, fully understood and unconditionally agreed to every clause of this Tutor Policy. The Tutor further acknowledges that this Policy may be updated from time to time, and continued participation after such updates constitutes deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

15. Advance Fee & Salary Process

Anand Tutorials collects tuition fees in advance from parents. Tutors must NEVER collect fees directly from parents under any pretext (cash, UPI, bank transfer, gift, voucher, advance, etc.). Tutor salaries are credited only through the official authorised Anand Tutorials current account, after the scheduled classes for the cycle have been completed and verified. For any salary-related confirmation after completing classes, tutors may contact Anand Tutorials only on the official number / WhatsApp: +91 79742 21232. No personal channel of any coordinator is authorised.

16. Tutor-Side Gap Policy

If any class gaps are caused from the tutor's side (illness, leave, scheduling conflict, etc.), the tutor MUST cover those pending classes by Sunday of the same week. If the tutor fails to cover the gaps, the tutor's fee due-date / payment cycle may be extended proportionately to the number of pending classes — at the sole discretion of Anand Tutorials.

17. Parent / Student Holiday & Gap Compensation

Summer Vacation (May–June): Holidays taken by parents / students during the summer vacation period (May to June) will generally be considered and adjusted into the schedule. Regular Academic Session (from July onwards): If parents / students take holidays after the regular session begins, the tutor will be required to cover ONLY 50% of the missed classes. Example — if 6 classes are missed, the tutor will cover 3 classes. Alternatively, the due-date may be extended proportionately for half the number of missed classes, whichever is mutually agreed in writing through Anand Tutorials.

18. Slot Booking & Recontinuation Policy

When a parent enrols a student with a particular tutor, that tutor's time slot is reserved exclusively for them. If parents discontinue classes and later wish to recontinue with the SAME tutor after a long gap or after taking multiple holidays, parents may be required to pay partial continuation charges as the tutor's time slot was reserved for them. Otherwise, classes may restart with a different tutor under a fresh schedule and a new due-date cycle. Slot-reservation and continuation-fee decisions remain at the sole discretion of Anand Tutorials.

19. Mandatory Gap Reporting

Any class gap, leave, holiday, cancellation or schedule change — from either the tutor side or the parent / student side — MUST be officially reported to Anand Tutorials on +91 79742 21232 (Call / WhatsApp). Communication routed only between the tutor and the parent (and not informed to Anand Tutorials) will not be considered for compensation, due-date adjustment or any official record.

20. Assignment Continuity & Professional Commitment

Once a Tutor accepts and begins an assignment, the Tutor is expected to maintain professional continuity, consistency and full responsibility toward the student for the duration of the active engagement. If the Tutor wishes to discontinue any assignment for any reason, the Tutor MUST: (a) Provide a genuine, valid and honest reason in writing to Anand Tutorials at +91 79742 21232 / anandhometutorials@gmail.com; (b) Give prior written notice of at least 30 days (one calendar month) before the proposed exit date; and (c) Complete the ongoing monthly session cycle — i.e. finish all classes scheduled for the current paid month — before stepping away from the assignment. Abruptly leaving classes, ghosting parents, or discontinuing in the middle of an active session cycle is strictly discouraged as it directly impacts the student's academic continuity, learning stability, exam preparation and the parent's trust in the Platform. The only exemption to the 30-day notice and month-completion requirement is a serious unavoidable emergency (e.g. medical incapacitation, bereavement, or relocation under unforeseen duress) — and even in such cases, the Tutor must inform Anand Tutorials at the earliest opportunity so the assignment can be transitioned smoothly to a replacement Tutor without disrupting the student. Anand Tutorials reserves the right to review, document and act upon repeated abrupt-discontinuation cases. Such patterns may result in formal warnings, suspension of new assignment allocations, or — in serious or recurring cases — permanent removal from the Platform's tutor roster.

21. Enquiry Responsiveness & Parent Communication

Every enquiry, demo request and student lead assigned by Anand Tutorials must be treated by the Tutor as a priority and a privilege. Responsibilities: (a) The Tutor shall coordinate and communicate with the assigned parent / student within the same day of assignment whenever reasonably possible — and in any case no later than 24 hours from the assignment timestamp. (b) The Tutor shall maintain professional, courteous and timely communication throughout the demo, onboarding and class-initiation process — confirming the demo slot, sending pre-demo material if relevant, and following up post-demo to confirm continuation. (c) The Tutor shall reply to parent / student messages and Anand Tutorials coordinator messages within a reasonable window (ideally same day, latest within 24 hours) for the entire duration of the active assignment. Delayed responses, negligence, lack of follow-up or repeated unresponsiveness materially harms the parent's experience, the Platform's reputation and the student's onboarding momentum. Such conduct will be recorded and may negatively affect the Tutor's eligibility for future high-value lead assignments, premium NRI / international student allocations, and city-specific priority routing. If the Tutor is temporarily unavailable for any reason — illness, travel, exam duty, family obligation, or temporary connectivity issues — the Tutor MUST immediately inform the Anand Tutorials team on +91 79742 21232 (Call / WhatsApp), so the enquiry or assignment can be reassigned to another Tutor without keeping the parent waiting. Silence is not an acceptable response; honest unavailability is. The Platform stands by Tutors who communicate openly, and acts decisively against those who do not.

22. No Unauthorised Reassignment, Substitution or External Referral

Every assignment, lead, demo request and student matched by Anand Tutorials is allocated to the named Tutor on the basis of that Tutor's verified credentials, demo performance, subject specialisation and platform standing. The Tutor is therefore expected to PERSONALLY handle and conduct every class for the assigned student. Strict prohibitions: (a) The Tutor shall NOT directly transfer, outsource, substitute, sub-contract, share, ghost-teach, or refer any assigned student, class, or session to any other person — whether another tutor, a friend, a colleague, a relative, a coaching institute, an aggregator, an agency, or any third party — without the prior written approval of Anand Tutorials. (b) The Tutor shall NOT send a replacement, proxy, or substitute teacher to any home / online session in their place. Even short-term replacements (illness, travel, exam) must be officially routed through Anand Tutorials so a verified replacement can be allocated. (c) The Tutor shall NOT use the assignment as a referral funnel to direct the parent / student to any external service, alternative platform or competing offering. If the Tutor knows another teacher who would like to work with Anand Tutorials, the correct and only path is to ask that teacher to register directly through the official channels — anandhometutorials@gmail.com, +91 79742 21232 (Call / WhatsApp), or the public 'Become a Tutor' page on anandtutorials.com — where they will go through the standard verification, demo and approval process. Informal assignment-sharing or peer-referral teaching is not permitted under any circumstance. Why this clause exists: • Quality control — every Anand Tutorials tutor passes a 5-step vetting process; substitutes have not. • Tutor verification — parents trust the platform because we know exactly who is teaching their child. • Parent trust — a verified, named tutor was promised; that promise must be kept. • Academic consistency — students learn best with one consistent mentor, not a rotating bench. • Platform accountability — Anand Tutorials can stand behind every session only when we know who delivered it. Unauthorised reassignment, substitution, sub-contracting or external referral of an assigned student shall be deemed a material violation of this Tutor Policy and may result in: (i) immediate termination of all active and pending assignments, (ii) forfeiture of pending payouts for the cycle in dispute, (iii) permanent removal from the Anand Tutorials tutor roster, and (iv) where applicable, civil action for breach of this Agreement and recovery of damages caused to the Platform's reputation and parent-trust capital.

23. Session & Class Structure Policy (Very Important)

Tutors must STRICTLY follow the assigned class frequency and total session count mentioned in the parent enquiry, assignment confirmation or monthly plan issued by Anand Tutorials. This clause is binding and applies to every active assignment without exception. (A) Monthly / Weekly Plans — '5 Days a Week' or 'Monday to Friday': Where the assigned plan specifies '5 Days a Week' or 'Monday to Friday Classes', the Tutor is required to conduct: • Total 5 classes every week (Monday through Friday); and • Approximately 20–22 sessions per calendar month, depending on the month calendar and the number of working days available in that month. (B) Alternate Day / 3 Days a Week Plans: Where the assigned plan specifies '3 Days a Week' or 'Alternate Day Classes', the Tutor is required to conduct: • Classes on alternate days within the week (e.g. Mon / Wed / Fri or Tue / Thu / Sat as mutually scheduled); and • Approximately 12–13 sessions per calendar month, depending on the month calendar and available days. (C) Session-Based Plans — 'Per Session' or 'Session Wise': Where the assigned plan is communicated as 'Per Session' or 'Session Wise', the Tutor must conduct ONLY the exact number of sessions assigned for that cycle. Example: If the plan mentions '8 Sessions per Month', the Tutor must conduct exactly 8 sessions in that month — not more, not fewer. (D) No Extra or Fewer Sessions Without Institute Approval: Any additional sessions conducted beyond the assigned plan, OR any shortfall in the required number of sessions, WITHOUT prior written approval from Anand Tutorials on the official channel (+91 79742 21232 / anandhometutorials@gmail.com), shall be treated as a policy violation. Consequences of violation under this clause include — but are not limited to — (i) non-payment for unauthorised extra sessions, (ii) proportionate deduction or extension of the salary cycle for unjustified shortfalls, (iii) formal warning recorded against the Tutor's profile, and (iv) for repeated or wilful violations, suspension of new assignment allocations and / or removal from the Anand Tutorials tutor roster as per Clause 4 (Consequences of Violation). All session adjustments, gaps, parent leaves, tutor leaves, holidays and rescheduling requests MUST be officially reported to and approved by Anand Tutorials on +91 79742 21232 (Call / WhatsApp). Informal arrangements made directly between the Tutor and the parent — without intimation to Anand Tutorials — will NOT be recognised for compensation, salary adjustment, due-date extension or any official record.

24. Demo Class Feedback & Reporting Policy (Mandatory)

Every demo class allocated by Anand Tutorials is a critical commercial and academic checkpoint — the parent's decision to continue is made on the basis of the demo, and the institute's matching team relies on accurate post-demo intelligence to finalise the assignment, replacement decisions and subsequent tutor allocations. Mandatory reporting obligation: After conducting any demo class — whether in-home or online — the Tutor MUST inform Anand Tutorials, on PRIORITY, on the same day, or at the earliest possible time thereafter (and in any event no later than 24 hours from the conclusion of the demo). The post-demo update must be communicated on the official channel only — +91 79742 21232 (Call / WhatsApp) or anandhometutorials@gmail.com — and must include, at minimum, the following: (a) Demo class status — whether the demo was conducted as scheduled, rescheduled, or could not be conducted (with the reason); (b) Parent / student feedback — the parent's verbal or written response on teaching approach, pace, communication, subject coverage and overall comfort; (c) Continuation possibility — the Tutor's honest assessment of whether the family appears likely to enrol, undecided, or unlikely to continue, along with any flagged concerns the institute should be aware of (fee, schedule, subject scope, mode, language preference, etc.). Consequences of non-reporting / repeated delay: Repeated failure to update Anand Tutorials within the prescribed timeline, or repeated incomplete / vague post-demo reporting, shall be treated as a material breach of the Tutor's professional duty under this Tutor Policy & Code of Conduct. Such breaches may result in (i) reduced priority in future demo and assignment allocation, (ii) formal written warning recorded on the Tutor's institute profile, and (iii) in cases of persistent non-compliance, suspension or permanent removal of the Tutor profile from the Anand Tutorials roster, at the institute's sole and absolute discretion. The Tutor expressly acknowledges that timely and honest post-demo reporting is a core professional obligation — not a courtesy — and that the institute's onward decisions for the parent rely on it.

25. Teaching Quality & Negative Feedback Policy (Final & Binding)

Anand Tutorials is contractually accountable to every parent for the academic outcome of every 1:1 engagement we deliver. Sustained teaching quality, professional conduct and parent satisfaction are therefore non-negotiable obligations on every Tutor on our roster. Three-strike quality threshold: If a Tutor receives sustained negative teaching feedback after THREE (3) demo classes conducted with three different parents / students — whether the feedback relates to (a) clarity and depth of subject explanation, (b) pacing and curriculum alignment, (c) preparation for the assigned grade / board, (d) classroom / online conduct and professionalism, (e) communication with the parent, or (f) any other parameter directly affecting the parent's decision not to enrol — Anand Tutorials reserves the FULL AND ABSOLUTE RIGHT to: (i) PERMANENTLY BLOCK the Tutor's profile on the Anand Tutorials roster; (ii) DISCONTINUE allocation of any further tuition assignments, demo opportunities, replacement engagements or related work to the Tutor; and (iii) REMOVE the Tutor's name from active matching pools and future internal recommendations. Finality of the decision: The institute's decision under this clause shall be FINAL, BINDING and NOT SUBJECT TO APPEAL, and is exercised solely to protect (a) the academic interest of Anand Tutorials' student community, (b) the trust placed in the institute by paying parents, and (c) the long-term professional standard of the Anand Tutorials tutor brand. Due process safeguards: Before enforcing permanent removal under this clause, Anand Tutorials shall in good faith (a) cross-verify the negative feedback across the three separate demo engagements, (b) wherever practicable, give the Tutor a written or telephonic opportunity to respond, and (c) examine whether the negative feedback was driven by factors genuinely outside the Tutor's reasonable control (e.g. mismatched grade allocation, family-side scheduling issues). Where such mitigating factors are objectively established, the institute may, at its discretion, replace the negative cycle with a fresh chance to demonstrate teaching quality. No guarantee of replacement chances shall be inferred. The institute's discretion under this clause is preserved in full to maintain teaching quality, professionalism and parent satisfaction across the platform.
