Acceptance
By using Anand Tutorials services, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws of India.
Service
Anand Tutorials provides 1-on-1 home tuition in Jabalpur, Bhopal and Nagpur, and live online tuition Pan-India and worldwide. We act as a facilitator between tutors and students.
Demo Class
Every new student is entitled to one free demo class. Continuation requires advance monthly payment as per the agreed plan.
Fees & Payment
Fees are payable monthly in advance. Classes will be paused for delayed payment beyond 3 days of cycle completion.
Tutor Change
Tutor change requests are honoured. Completed sessions with the current tutor are counted; the new tutor begins as a fresh cycle.
Discontinuation & Refund
Refunds, where applicable, are calculated only on unused sessions in an active plan as detailed in our Refund Policy.
Conduct
Both students/parents and tutors are expected to maintain professional conduct. Any abusive or unethical behavior leads to immediate termination.
Intellectual Property
All study material provided by Anand Tutorials remains the property of Anand Tutorials and may not be redistributed.
Liability
Anand Tutorials' total liability is limited to the fees paid for the current month. We are not responsible for examination outcomes, which depend on student effort.
Changes
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.
