Recontinuation & Slot-Reservation Policy
1. Slot Reservation
When a parent enrols a student with a particular tutor, that tutor's time slot is reserved exclusively for them during the agreed session windows. This means the tutor cannot offer the same slot to another student, even if the registered student does not attend regularly.
2. Discontinuation & Long-Gap Recontinuation
If the parent discontinues classes — or takes an unusually long gap (multiple weeks of holidays beyond the policies in /policies/gap-and-compensation) — and later wishes to resume classes with the SAME tutor, partial continuation charges may apply, because the tutor's slot was held in reserve during that period.
3. Restart with a Different Tutor
If the parent does not wish to pay continuation charges, classes may instead restart fresh with a different tutor, on a new schedule, with a new due-date cycle. The fresh cycle will follow the standard advance-fee process.
4. Mandatory Communication
All discontinuation, pause, and restart requests must be informed officially to Anand Tutorials on +91 79742 21232 (Call / WhatsApp) — including the reason, intended duration of the pause, and preferred restart date. Verbal arrangements between the tutor and parent are not binding on Anand Tutorials.
5. Discretion
All slot-reservation, continuation-fee, and restart decisions are at the sole discretion of Anand Tutorials, exercised reasonably in light of the published policies and the tutor's availability.
