What actually happens during your free 1:1 demo class
Fifteen minutes before the demo, we send you and your child a Zoom or Google Meet link on WhatsApp and email. The tutor joins on the dot — full HD video, mic on, virtual whiteboard shared. The tutor introduces themselves (credentials, subject specialism, years of teaching), asks your child about their current class, syllabus and specifically which chapter they find hardest.
The next 30-40 minutes are teaching — the tutor picks that hard chapter, teaches one representative concept, then asks your child to solve a related problem. Their goal is not to complete a chapter — it is to observe how your child thinks, where the block appears, and whether the block is concept-level, application-level, or exam-technique-level.
In the final 5-10 minutes, the tutor gives your child clear next-step guidance — what to practice, which past-paper questions to try, and one insight your child can act on immediately. The written diagnostic (2-3 paragraphs summarising the weak area, teaching plan, and estimated time to fix) is shared with the parent on WhatsApp within 24 hours. You then choose whether to continue.
